Due to blockchain congestion, some transactions may not appear in your wallet history immediately. The Tonkeeper team is aware of this and is actively working on improving stability and ensuring accurate data is displayed.

✔️ What should be done when the swap is not done despite approval? 

Due to current network congestion, processing of all on-chain transactions, including exchanges, may take longer than usual. While we cannot expedite the process, you can rest assured that transactions will be completed.

Why do transactions take so long?

Network congestion causes delays in confirming transactions. This is temporary and the Tonkeeper team will do their best to speed up the process. Tonkeeper is closely monitoring the situation and taking all possible measures to minimize the impact of these delays on customers to ensure a smooth experience.

✔️When will the "Claim onchain" button be available in DOGS?

Unfortunately, this information is currently unknown. For the latest DOGS news, stay tuned to the official @dogs_community channel for updates.

✔️How much is the $DOGS application fee?

Claiming $DOGS requires approximately 0.5 tons.

How to harvest DOGS:

1. Go to @dogshouse_bot.

2. Click Connect Wallet and Claim. Select Tonkeeper to connect your wallet to the app and verify it in Tonkeeper. Make sure you choose the correct wallet to withdraw $DOGS tokens.

3. Click Claim on-chain to withdraw $DOGS to Tonkeeper.

4. Run the TokenTable pop-up window and then click next.

5. Click on Connect wallet and select your Tonkeeper wallet to withdraw.

6. Finally, claim your tokens by clicking Claim! You must confirm the withdrawal by drawing a blue arrow.

7. Get your $DOGS token in Tonkeeper.

After the withdrawal is confirmed to Tonkeeper, $DOGS tokens will be sent to your wallet.
